1. About Us
TravelDoc ("we", "us", "our") is a third-party travel document assistance service operated by OF Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government immigration authority, embassy, or official body.
We provide a paid assistance service to help travellers complete and submit travel arrival card applications on their behalf. Our service is not a substitute for official government portals. You may always apply directly through the relevant government immigration authority at no cost. By using TravelDoc, you are paying for our document review, preparation, and submission assistance service.
2. Service Description
TravelDoc assists travellers with the preparation and submission of travel arrival card applications for Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and other destinations. Our service includes:
- Collection of your travel and personal information via our secure online form
- Expert review of your application for completeness and accuracy
- Submission of your application to the relevant immigration authority
- Email confirmation once your application has been processed
3. Service Fees
Our current service fee is $65 USD per traveller. This fee covers the full assistance service described above. Payment is required at the time of application and is processed securely via Trust Payments.
VAT or applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.
4. Cancellation Rights & Right to Withdraw
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a contract for services within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
However, by submitting your application and completing payment, you expressly request that we begin providing our service immediately and you acknowledge that once we have begun processing your application you lose your right to cancel under these Regulations.
If you wish to cancel before we have begun processing, please contact us at contact@getsgac.com as soon as possible and we will issue a full refund.
5. Refund Policy
Once we have begun processing your application (typically within 2 hours of payment), the service fee is non-refundable. This is because our team incurs costs in reviewing and preparing your application regardless of the outcome.
If you have made a duplicate payment or if we are unable to submit your application for reasons within our control, you will be entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at contact@getsgac.com within 24 hours of payment.
6. Application Outcomes
TravelDoc is not responsible for the outcome of any immigration or travel document application. Approval or rejection decisions are made solely by the relevant government immigration authority. We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of your application.
We are not liable for any losses, costs, or consequences arising from a refused, rejected, or delayed application, including but not limited to missed flights, accommodation costs, or any other travel expenses.
7. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through our platform is accurate, complete and truthful. TravelDoc will process your application based on the information you provide. We are not liable for any errors or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by you.
If you notice an error in your submitted information, contact us immediately at contact@getsgac.com. We will do our best to correct it before submission, but cannot guarantee this if processing has already begun.
8. Prohibited Use
You must not use our service to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information to any immigration authority. You must not use our service on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent. Any misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TravelDoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
