What is the Dominican Republic E-Ticket?

The Dominican Republic E-Ticket is a mandatory digital form required by the General Directorate of Migration for all travellers entering or departing the Dominican Republic. It combines the immigration form, customs declaration and health declaration into one digital document.

Who needs to complete it?

All international visitors arriving in or departing from the Dominican Republic must submit an E-Ticket — one for each journey. The form covers personal details, passport information, flight details, accommodation and declarations for customs and public health.
